No. Layer X has no minimum order quantity for FDM. We regularly produce single prototype parts alongside production runs of 500 units. Single-part quotes are processed within 24 hours. Volume pricing for batches above 50 parts is available on request.
Can you produce jigs and fixtures with FDM for our production line?
Yes — this is one of our most common FDM applications for manufacturing clients in Gujarat and across India. We produce assembly jigs, inspection fixtures, go/no-go gauges, and workholding components in ABS and Nylon PA12. DXF/STEP files are accepted; we can also design from a sketch or photo for simple geometry.
