SLS parts take 4-6 days, FDM 3-5 days, SLA 2-4 days. We check fit against your drawing or part.

No. Layer X has a single studio, at 204, Iscon Emporio, Jodhpur Cross Roads, Satellite, Ahmedabad, about 265 km from Surat. Every order is made there and couriered to Surat, or collected by you.
Can you copy a worn part from a textile machine?
We can work from a sample part, photos with measurements or a drawing. Gears and guides in light-duty positions are often printed in nylon; we will tell you honestly if a part carries too much load for plastic.
I am a jeweller. Can you make patterns for casting?
Yes, using castable resin in SLA, which gives the fine detail jewellery needs. Your caster should confirm the resin suits their burn-out process, so please ask them before you order.
I am exhibiting at SITEX 2027. How early should I order?
SITEX '27 is on 20-22 February 2027, per the organiser SGCCI. Send your brief as soon as the machine or component is fixed, because larger models need time for approval and joining. We do not install models at the venue.
How long will delivery to Surat take?
Production lead time depends on the process: SLA 2-4 days, FDM 3-5 days, SLS 4-6 days. Courier transit time to Surat is confirmed with your quote.
