3D printed patterns, clock prototypes and expo models for Morbi's ceramic trade

Morbi is where much of India's tile, sanitaryware and wall-clock output comes from, and design cycles there are short. A new basin shape, an embossed tile face or a clock case has to be judged in the hand before it goes near a mould shop. We print those shapes at our studio in Satellite, Ahmedabad: master patterns in resin, case and dial prototypes, and scale models of kilns or lines for the March 2027 ceramics show. They reach Morbi by courier or wait for collection. We have no Morbi office.

What we make

Master patterns for sanitaryware

Basins, pedestals and cisterns printed in SLA resin as design masters, so a buyer or designer signs off the form before a plaster or resin mould is made.

Relief and embossed tile samples

Small-format tile faces with raised patterns, printed to judge depth, texture and edge feel. Quoted per job.

Wall clock case and dial prototypes

Printed cases and frames paired with laser-cut acrylic dials, so a new clock style can be assembled and shown to a trader in days.

Ceramic line and kiln scale models

Industrial scale models of a tile line, kiln or press for exhibition stands, built in several levels of detail on a laser-cut acrylic base.

Packaging and display stands

Acrylic and printed stands that present tile boards or bathroom sets in a dealer's showroom.

Who we make it for

  • Sanitaryware makers who need design samples and master patterns before mould production
  • Tile manufacturers testing relief and surface designs for new collections
  • Wall-clock and gift-article units developing new cases, dials and frames
  • Ceramic machinery and kiln suppliers building a scale model for a trade-fair stand
  • Mould and die shops that want printed fit-check samples approved before cutting

How it works

Share the design

Send a CAD file, sketch or sample of the sanitaryware piece, tile or clock, with where it will be used.

Choose the detail level

We suggest SLA for fine surface, FDM for large shapes, and acrylic cutting for dials and bases, then quote within 24 h.

Build at the Ahmedabad studio

SLA parts take 2-4 days, FDM 3-5 days and laser cutting 7-14 days. Larger models are built in sections.

Courier to Morbi

Fragile resin and acrylic pieces are boxed with padding and sent on, or held for your collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have an office in Morbi?

No. We work from one studio in Satellite, Ahmedabad. Orders are made there and couriered to Morbi, or you collect them.

Can a printed pattern replace my mould?

No, a printed pattern is a design master or sample, not production tooling. It lets you approve the shape and surface before your mould shop makes the mould.

I make wall clocks. What can you help with?

We can print new case and frame designs and laser-cut acrylic dials so you can assemble a sample clock quickly. Ask about finishing for the look you want.

Will you build a model for the Gandhinagar ceramics show?

Yes, we build scale models of ceramic machinery and lines for exhibition stands, at several levels of detail. We make and deliver the model; we do not install it at the venue.

How soon can I get a first sample?

SLA samples take 2-4 days to build, plus courier time to Morbi, which we confirm with the quote. Send the design and we reply within 24 h.
