How it works
Share CAD and the event date
Send STEP, STL or a plant-model export with the scale, base size, who will see the model and the date it must reach the venue.
Choose the level of detail
An engineer reviews the files, suggests where detail matters and where it does not, and quotes within 24 h.
Print, cut and assemble
Large bodies in FDM, fine parts in SLA resin, and the base, cover and name plate in laser-cut acrylic, made in our Satellite studio.
Pack for the show
Models are split into modules where needed and packed to travel; collect from Satellite or we courier anywhere in India.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make a scale model of our machine for an exhibition?
Yes. Send the CAD (STEP or STL is best), the scale or stall space you have and your expo date. We split the machine into printable parts, add a laser-cut acrylic base and cover, and plan production backwards from the date it must reach the venue.
How early should we order a model before an expo?
Allow at least three to four weeks for a typical machine or plant model: a few days for file review and quote, 2–4 days for SLA parts and 3–5 days for FDM parts, and 7–14 days for laser-cut acrylic bases and covers, plus assembly and courier time. Larger or highly detailed models need longer, so share the date as early as you can.
What level of detail do we need?
It depends on who will look at it. A board or bank presentation usually needs a clear layout (level 1 or 2); an expo stall benefits from functional detail and branding (level 3 or 4). We suggest a level when we review your files so you do not pay for detail nobody will see.
Can you make cutaway models that show the inside of a pump or gearbox?
Yes. We section the CAD to open up the internals and print the parts, so visitors can see flow paths, impellers or gear trains. Tough SLS nylon is an option for models that will be handled a lot at stalls.
Do you deliver models to exhibition venues in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad?
Models leave our Satellite studio packed and ready to place on your stall. You can collect them, or we courier them to you anywhere in India; we do not install at the venue.
