Six disciplines.
One workflow.
We collaborate across the full product cycle — from the first sketch to a finished, packaged unit. Pick a service, or hand us the whole loop.
From STL to shelf-ready.
A four-step pipeline you can drop a single file into. Or a whole product line.
Our equipment.
Industrial-grade hardware, maintained in-house. Every machine runs a calibration cycle before every production batch.
Numbers that speak
for themselves.
Twelve industrial machines. Three resin systems. One metal hybrid line — sized for the moment a prototype becomes a production order.
Delivered across aerospace, medtech, automotive & architecture
From solo founders to Fortune 500 procurement teams
Every machine calibrated before every production batch
DFM review on every order — defects caught before they print
Engineer-reviewed quote, not a bot estimate

Everything about working with Layer X — formats, turnaround, materials, IP, finishing, and shipping. Still have a question? Talk to a human →
01What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, OBJ, IGES, 3MF, F3D, X_T — all major CAD export formats accepted. If you're still at sketch or napkin stage, our industrial design team can build the CAD file from scratch.
Explore DFM & design guides →02How fast can you turn around a prototype?
Standard lead times: FDM 3–5 working days, SLA 5–7, metal 10–14. Rush orders (24-hour for FDM, 48-hour for SLA) are available — flag it when you submit your quote and we'll confirm capacity.
See manufacturing insights →03What materials do you print in?
FDM: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon PA12, TPU, carbon-filled composites. SLA: standard, engineering, castable, and dental resins. Metal DMLS: 316L stainless, Ti-6Al-4V, AlSi10Mg, Inconel 718. Need something specific? We source on request.
Read our full materials guide →04What's the smallest — and largest — order you'll take?
Minimum is one part. We regularly print single prototypes alongside 500-unit runs from the same floor. Maximum build envelope depends on process — ask us if your part is unusually large and we'll quote with the right machine.
05Do you sign NDAs before I share files?
Yes — mutual NDA by default, signed digitally on the first email before you share anything. Files sit on isolated, encrypted infrastructure and are purged on request, no questions asked.
06Do you handle post-processing and finishing?
Yes — in-house: sanding, priming, spray painting (solid and multi-colour), vapour smoothing, electroplating, anodising, and heat-set insert installation. If your part needs a specific surface standard or texture, describe it and we'll match it.
Browse finishing & manufacturing →07How do you handle quality assurance?
Every part is inspected against your file before it ships. We're ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified. Dimensional checks use calibrated instruments; critical-tolerance parts can get a full metrology report on request. If anything's off, we reprint — no debate, no charge.
Quality & manufacturing guides →08Can you ship internationally?
Yes — DDP via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex to 220+ countries. Duties and taxes are handled end-to-end on DDP shipments; no surprise customs bills. Bulk crate or sea freight available for orders over 50 kg. We've shipped to the US, UK, EU, Singapore, UAE, and Japan.
Ready to build
something real?
Send us your CAD file — we'll turn it into a precision part within 24 hours. No minimum orders. No compromise on quality.
