Prototypes, spares and plant models for Ankleshwar, Panoli, Jhagadia and Dahej
Bharuch district is often called the chemical capital of Gujarat, with units spread across Ankleshwar, Panoli, Jhagadia, Dahej, Saykha and Vilayat. Engineers here handle drugs and intermediates, dyes, agrochemicals and petrochemicals, and they need small parts and clear presentations fast. We print those parts, cut acrylic and build process-plant scale models at our one studio in Satellite, Ahmedabad, about 195 km away, and send them by courier or hold them for collection. We have no office in Bharuch or Ankleshwar.

FDM takes 3-5 days, SLS 4-6 days, SLA 2-4 days, DMLS metal 5-7 days and laser cutting 7-14 days.

Pack, courier, or hold for collection; larger plant models travel in sections.

Do you have an office in Bharuch or Ankleshwar?
No. Layer X has one studio, at Satellite in Ahmedabad. We make your order there and courier it, or you collect it.
Which estate should I give as my address?
Any. We courier to Ankleshwar, Panoli, Jhagadia, Dahej or Bharuch addresses. Share the full plant address and a contact person for the gate.
Can you print metal parts for pumps and valves?
We offer DMLS metal printing with a 5-7 day build. Whether it suits your pump or valve depends on pressure, media and finish, so send the drawing and our engineers advise.
Are printed parts safe against strong chemicals?
Not always. Plastics resist some chemicals and fail with others, so we ask for the media list and temperature and recommend only what suits.
Can you make a model of a terminal or plant for a client visit?
Yes, we build industrial scale models with a clear base and labelling. We deliver the model; we do not install it at your site or venue.
